Learn and understand all our product lines:

PV modules

Mounting structures & floaters

Rapid Shutdown & DC safety devices

Serve as the go-to technical person for internal staff and customers.

Assist sales team with technical clarifications

Prepare basic system sizing and configuration

Generate technical proposals and documentation

Present products during client meetings or events

Provide Level 1 support for inverter/battery issues

Assist with diagnostics through remote/onsite support

Coordinate with manufacturers for higher-level support

Conduct product introductions

Support in technical workshops, webinars, and roadshows

Prepare technical slides and speaking notes

Prepare SLDs, wiring diagrams, and spec sheets

Update user manuals and product knowledge base

Manage technical data and resources

Communicate with principal manufacturers

Join technical training sessions

Review technical drawings and documentation
