Responsibilities
- Perform product testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to address and resolve on‑site technical issues effectively.
- Execute scheduled maintenance and service tasks at customer sites, ensuring timely and professional completion.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and provide regular updates to the immediate supervisor.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports to Technical Administration and notify the Sales team of task completion.
- Participate in project site briefings with the site maintenance team to ensure proper product operation and maintenance.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve technical issues and implement solutions to address customer complaints.
- Escalate critical site issues to the immediate supervisor and provide informed recommendations for resolution.
- Attend CIDB inspections and verify product compliance at ports and project sites.
- Report incidents of product damage resulting from mishandling during inspections or transport.
- Assist in managing outstanding payments, including following up on unpaid invoices.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Competent in basic computer applications and office software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills to effectively engage with technical teams, site personnel, customers, and Sales staff.
- Possess own reliable transport and willingness to travel to outstation locations as required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while adhering to company standards and timelines.
