Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Perform product testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities in accordance with company standards.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales team to address and resolve on‑site technical issues effectively.
  3. Execute scheduled maintenance and service tasks at customer sites, ensuring timely and professional completion.
  4. Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and provide regular updates to the immediate supervisor.
  5. Prepare and submit detailed service reports to Technical Administration and notify the Sales team of task completion.
  6. Participate in project site briefings with the site maintenance team to ensure proper product operation and maintenance.
  7. Liaise with suppliers to resolve technical issues and implement solutions to address customer complaints.
  8. Escalate critical site issues to the immediate supervisor and provide informed recommendations for resolution.
  9. Attend CIDB inspections and verify product compliance at ports and project sites.
  10. Report incidents of product damage resulting from mishandling during inspections or transport.
  11. Assist in managing outstanding payments, including following up on unpaid invoices.
Qualifications
  • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Competent in basic computer applications and office software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills to effectively engage with technical teams, site personnel, customers, and Sales staff.
  • Possess own reliable transport and willingness to travel to outstation locations as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while adhering to company standards and timelines.
