ARTIS XDS STUDIO SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Team Executive / Office Coordinator to serve as the operational anchor for our creative practice in Petaling Jaya. This pivotal role is designed for a professional who excels in financial coordination, executive support, and administrative management.

🎯 THE ROLE: Operational Excellence and Executive Support

This is a strategic support position, ensuring the seamless integration of financial and administrative functions with our core design activities.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact:
  • Financial Coordination: Act as the primary internal liaison with our external accounting partner, managing daily bookkeeping, ensuring accurate AR/AP tracking, and maintaining robust financial oversight.
  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive calendar, travel, and communication management for the Creative Director, ensuring optimal time utilization and priority alignment.
  • Administrative Management: Oversee all office operations, vendor relations, and team logistics, fostering an efficient and professional working environment.
  • Project Support: Maintain critical project documentation and support the design team with materials organization and administrative tasks.
  • Total Remuneration Package: RM 3,100 - RM 4,100 per month (inclusive of a transport allowance).
  • Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH), promoting work-life balance and flexibility.
  • Statutory Compliance: Full EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
  • Professional Environment: Opportunity to work closely with senior management in a small, high-growth creative studio.

We are seeking a candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field, and 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Essential Qualifications:
