Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TCGM Technician located in Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia. As a TCGM Technician, your day-to-day tasks will include daily operation, HWM and troubleshooting to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant handling, monitoring, and maintenance of CDM, chemicals, and gas systems supporting facility. The TCGM Technician performs routine monitoring, troubleshooting and documentation to ensure continuous and safe plant operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The TCGM Technician is responsible for:

• Maintaining day to day operation and schedule waste collection to run smoothly as per schedule.
• To update daily TCGM and HWM routine activity via WhatsApp, E-Mail, and Daily Log to TCGM-Superiors as well as client.
• To inform and report any system shut down, system failure and abnormalities to TCGM-Superior and System Owner respectively.
• Meeting job requirements.
• To ensure 5S and housekeeping is well maintained on-site during working hours.
• Ensure that injury free environment by maintaining zero accident, zero incidents and zero environment accident during on-site activity.
• To fulfill customers’ need and satisfaction through Key Performance Indicator program, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and provide support to operations.
• Ensure all reports, checklist and inventory are updated accordingly for records purposes.
• To monitor, follow-up and perform minor troubleshooting at Gas Detection System (GDS), CDM System and Compress Dry Air (CDA).
• To assist the company and clients during system failure, power failures or any other abnormalities.
• Ensure all Schedule Waste generated and disposed is in 2 Decimal point and weighted in Metric Ton.
• To inform and report any Mixed Scheduled Waste or issue during collecting the Scheduled Waste or Disposing the Scheduled Waste to HWM Engineer and System Owner respectively.
• Check and confirm the Scheduled Waste code to be disposed of with HWM Engineer.
• Managing the Schedule Waste Management system and ensuring that all waste disposal follows Department of Environment (DOE) regulations and customer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Possess a minimum Diploma in Engineering, fresh graduate, or any related Certificate with at least 2-3 years of working experience in the field related to: -

·Chemical and Gas, Mechanical, Electrical and instruments,

·Familiar with Bulk & Specialty Gas, Waste Management and Chemical Management systems are preferable.

·Familiar with Local and Global safety standards.

·Familiar with Emergency Response Team (ERT) is an added advantage.

·Experience in handling forklift

·Adapt to computer skills and its applications such as Microsoft Words, Power point, Excel, Outlook etc.

·Knowledge about Exentec nature of business and services.
