The Role

The People Services Specialist, TMOD Delivery, supports the execution of transactional and administrative activities related to Talent Management & Organization Development (TMOD) within the People Services Hub in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role works closely with the TMOD Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure smooth delivery of learning programs, accurate tracking of learning records, and timely reporting. The Specialist also assists in engagement survey coordination and supports compliance with internal policies and service standards.

Learning Administration
  • Coordinate logistics for learning programs, including scheduling, participant registration, venue/virtual setup, and communications
  • Track and follow-up on learning enrolment, nomination, and completion
  • Maintain and update learning records in relevant HR systems
  • Support the administration of mandatory and optional learning programs
  • Respond to helpdesk escalated inquiries related to talent management, learning and development, performance management
Reporting & Data Support
  • Assist in preparing basic reports on learning participation, completion rates, and program metrics
  • Support data collection and tracking for engagement surveys and other TMOD initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of TMOD-related data and documentation
  • Conduct regular updates and communication with Group COE
Process Support & Compliance
  • Follow established procedures for TMOD service delivery and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations
  • Support updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentationIdentify opportunities to improve TMOD service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Collaborate with TMOD COE, P&C Business Partners, and other People Services teams to support program execution and issue resolution
  • Liaise with external vendors and learning providers for scheduling and coordination
  • Escalate issues or delays to the TA & TMOD Delivery Lead as needed
  • Support PMO activities remotely for TMOD-related projects
General Administrative Support
  • Assist with miscellaneous TMOD-related administrative tasks as assigned
About You
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, learning administration, or shared services
  • Familiarity with HR systems and learning management platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in English; additional Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency is an advantage
  • High integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn
