Job summary

A leading outsourcing company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process within the banking sector. The role requires at least 3 years of recruitment experience and a recognized degree in HR or a related field. Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) - Banking Sector (Up to RM8000)

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist - Operations who will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract applicants through multiple channels, including professional networks and other recruitment platforms.

Screen and review candidate profiles, conducting initial pre‑screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall suitability for both the role and the organization.

Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including assessment completion and interview coordination.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview video panels to ensure a smooth selection process.

Conduct phone interviews to further assess candidate suitability.

Prepare, maintain, and update recruitment documentation, ensuring recruitment operating procedures are current and effective.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date recruitment records within the applicant tracking system.

Perform reference checks and background screenings in accordance izd. with company requirements.

Continuously review and evaluate recruitment practices to enhance effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

At least a recognized degree in HR, business, or related field.

Executive: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a large organization.

Senior: Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a large organization.

Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.

Able to work 100% on site.

Working hours: 8.45PM - 5.45 PM

Location: The Intermark, Jalan Tun Razak (Walking distance from Ampang Park LRT/ MRT station) OR Jalan Raja Laut.
