We are seeking a results‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and attract top talent to support our business growth. You will partner closely with department heads to source, engage, and onboard candidates while promoting a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple departments and levels, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower needs and hiring priorities.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Source candidates through various channels: job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, career events, job fairs, and campus recruitment.
  • Participate in external networking events to enhance brand visibility and talent pipeline.
  • Prepare and coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and recruitment reports.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification where applicable.
  • Ensure accurate recruitment data entry and reporting in HRIS or ATS systems.
  • Continuously evaluate recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations on recruitment strategies, compensation benchmarking, and market insights.
  • Support HR in workforce planning, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Assistant / Specialist level).
  • Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Have own transport and willing to travel.
  • Willing to work at Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong.
