Overview

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our KL office to lead graduate and experienced hiring (50:50) across APAC, with a focus on Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Perth.

This is a strategic, high-visibility role where you’ll partner closely with regional leaders to attract high-potential graduates for our Academy programme and headhunt experienced recruiters. You’ll play a key role in shaping our APAC growth strategy, delivering best-in-class candidate experience and building strong talent pipelines across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruitment across early careers and experienced hires
  • Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders
  • Build regional talent pipelines, university partnerships and recruitment campaigns
  • Champion candidate experience, employer branding and process improvement
  • Use market insights and data to drive quality of hire and retention
Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally in a high-growth or global environment
  • Experience hiring recruiters or Sales/BD roles
  • Strong APAC recruitment knowledge (local market and compliance experience essential)
  • Proactive, consultative and data-driven mindset
