Job Overview

The role of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This role also supports workforce planning and contributes to employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting and sourcing to the final selection and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, acting as a consultant on market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to uncover high‑quality talent and represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and online branding initiatives.
  • Conduct rigorous interviews and assessments to ensure top‑tier talent quality while ensuring all practices comply with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Champion a best‑in‑class candidate journey by providing timely feedback and maintaining transparent communication.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data, track recruitment progress through detailed reporting, and support the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
