Requirements
  • supporting our POS, inventory, and cloud management systems used by retail and F&B businesses across Malaysia and overseas.
  • ensure smooth system operations, solve customer issues, and work closely with our development team to improve system performance.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers through WhatsApp, phone, remote access, and ticketing.
  • Troubleshoot POS, inventory, and cloud system issues (software, configuration, network-related).
  • Assist customers with installation, setup, and onboarding of MPOS products.
  • Perform basic SQL data checking, log analysis, and system diagnostics.
  • Document issues, solutions, and workflows for internal knowledge base.
  • Work closely with developers to report bugs and verify fixes.
  • Train users on system functions and best practices.
  • Support UAT testing, system updates, and rollout.
