Supply Chain & Production Planning Analyst

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities within the supply chain.

Develop and maintain code (Python, SQL, etc.) to support automation, reporting, and optimization.

Collaborate with supply chain to improve demand forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling.

Build dashboards and visualization tools to monitor KPIs and enhance decision-making.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve supply chain efficiency and resilience.

Create structured, engaging, and executive-level presentations.

Develop and implement production planning strategies to optimize resource utilization and minimize costs.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align production plans with sales forecasts and inventory levels.

Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for process improvements.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning methodologies and tools.

Manage and maintain the integrity of production planning data within ERP and other relevant systems.

Conduct scenario planning to assess the impact of potential disruptions on production schedules.

Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials for production.

Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and key metrics to stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production planning and supply chain management.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong programming skills (Python, SQL, R, or similar).
• Hands-on experience in supply chain planning (demand planning, production planning, or material planning).
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and systems (ERP, MRP, WMS).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong PowerPoint skills required for reporting and presentation purposes.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and their application in supply chain optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

PREFERRED:

• Supply chain background, fluent oral English skill.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field.
• Experience with cloud-based supply chain solutions (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle SCM Cloud).
• Knowledge of industry 4.0 technologies and their impact on supply chain operations.
• Data analytic: Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into measurable data indicators.
• Reporting tools & visualization: Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, macros) and PPT skills.
• Programming & Automation: Knowledge of Python or R for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis. Ability to automate reporting workflows with scripts.
• Supply chain material planning knowledge.
