Job description

Elite Beauty Asia – Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

Support the daily operational flow of supply chain activities including inventory tracking, inbound/outbound coordination, and 3PL warehouse management. Ensure accurate and timely movement of goods across the supply chain network.

Responsibilities

Daily Supply Chain Operations

Monitor and process inbound shipments and documentation.

Coordinate with 3PL warehouse on receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.

Update and track shipment status and elevate delays or issues promptly.

Inventory Management

Perform stock reconciliation and ensure inventory accuracy in system.

Track slow-moving/aging stock and support reallocation or disposal plans.

Monitor stock splits between B2B and B2C channels.

Process and monitor orders from key retailers, e-commerce platforms, and distributors.

Liaise with customer service and sales teams for delivery coordination.

Coordinate with transporters and 3PL partners to secure reliable delivery performance.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate shipping, return, and inventory documentation.

Support weekly/monthly logistics and inventory reports.

Job Specification / Requirements

Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.

1–3 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain.

Familiar with 3PL, shipping, import/export documentation.

Strong attention to detail, organized, and good follow-up skills.

Excel proficiency and basic knowledge of inventory or order management systems.

Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

Fluent in English and Mandarin (for supplier communication).
