Role Overview

Lead the end-to-end supply chain organization in a fast-growing lithium battery and energy storage business. This role is strategic and hands‑on, responsible for designing a resilient, cost‑effective, and responsive supply chain, while driving value creation beyond cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 3-year supply chain strategy aligned with growth and profitability.
• Optimize manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution networks, balancing cost, speed, and resilience.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration to implement major initiatives (e.g., S&OP, NPI).
• Oversee end‑to‑end operational excellence, including process optimization, digitalization (ERP/WMS/TMS), and KPI‑driven performance management.

Requirements

• 10+ years in supply chain leadership roles in manufacturing, preferably lithium battery, energy storage, electronics, or automotive.
• Proven experience as Supply Chain Director / HOD, managing senior managers and multi‑functional teams.
• Strong strategic planning, network design, and digital supply chain experience.
• Excellent cross‑functional leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Mandarin / Chinese‑speaking required to liaise with China‑based stakeholders.
