A manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a Supervisor with 3–5 years of experience in stamping and plastic injection molding operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in stamping and/or plastic injection molding operations.
• Strong knowledge of stamping presses, injection molding machines, tooling, and related processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees engaged in metal stamping and plastic molding operations.
• Ensure production schedules are met with optimal machine utilization and minimal downtime.
• Monitor product quality, identify defects or process issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Conduct daily shift meetings to communicate production goals, safety updates, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality control teams to resolve technical or operational issues.
• Train, coach, and evaluate performance of operators and technicians.
• Review and update work instructions, production logs, and shift reports.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce scrap, and optimize cycle times.
