Plan workplace vision to achieve product quality and productivity and manage the production team to meet these goals.
Develop team members to master standard work programs and ensure implementation for smooth production.
Prepare necessary jigs/tools for daily production activities.
Design work standards (PWS) considering existing stations and production fluctuations.
Set vision and targets for the team based on section policies.
Develop activity plans (SQCDM) and implement PDCA cycles for continuous improvement.
Organize work according to daily changes and take appropriate actions for smooth processes.
Control inventory optimally to support production flow.
Handle production activities, new model preparation, Kaizen initiatives, and cross-department collaboration.
Provide feedback and motivation to team members for development.
Build career plans for team members based on abilities and aspirations.
Collect information on abnormalities in facilities and take corrective actions.
Understand facility control items for all processes and maintain product quality.
Verify quality points in PWS and ensure compliance.
Understand quality control items and create PWS to meet standards.
Train team on abnormal conditions and corrective actions.
Predict and act on quality risks when 4M changes occur.
Determine PPE requirements and enforce compliance.
Verify safety points in PWS and create awareness of workplace risks.
Plan and implement a safe and comfortable work environment.
Prioritize Kaizen proposals, plan activities, and manage progress.
Control costs within team budget for improvements.
Implement and ensure team compliance with 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Ensure compliance with company rules and handle violations.
