Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Supervisor, Customer Relations to support client-related activities for projects, vessels, audits, and special visits. This role plays a key part in ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment clients and visitors arrive on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Customer Relations arrangements for incoming projects/vessels, including client office/room setup and readiness.
  • Prepare and process all required passes such as boarding passes, client passes, e-passes, vehicle passes, and confined space passes for service engineers.
  • Support internal divisions (M&AIS and O&G) in hosting customers, auditors, service engineers, and visitors.
  • Capture, record, and report visitor feedback to ensure continuous service improvement.
  • Decorate the Customer Relations office for festive seasons and special events.
  • Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and support daily operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety (HSE) requirements for all customer-related areas and activities.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Requirements
