Supervisor After Sales Quality & Service
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Familiar with technical terms, parts and figures especially in Automotive Industry (2 wheelers is preferred)
  • Familiar with computer applications and willing to learn company after sales management system application.
  • Strong judgement and decision skills.
  • Competent to converse and write in Bahasa English and Bahasa Malaysia. Competency in other language is an advantage.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office such as Words, Excel, and Power Point.
Responsibility
  • To investigate technical complaints and provide solutions to Dealers and HQ Service Centre.
  • To assist Section Head/Executive in coordinating technical support, recall execution and product improvement feedback.
  • To liaise with Spare Parts Department for part provisioning for field repairs.
  • To assist in preparing technical documents, technical bulletins, service bulletins and updates to manuals.
  • To collect and report on monthly product quality trends and field issues.
  • To conduct dealer or HQ Service center visits or remote troubleshooting when and where necessary.
  • To support Section Head / Executive in field technical investigation when necessary.
  • To arrange for replacement parts supply to Dealers with relevant documented information.
  • To register warranty claim into Master and Monitoring List and ensure the details is accurate.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
