  • Track and evaluate student performance, offering personalized feedback.
  • Review and grade assignments, providing academic support when necessary.
  • Administer diagnostic assessments for new students.

  • This is a Part-time Position, ideal for Students who are exploring the education field.
  • This position requires 2 days a week on site, actual date is negotiable.
  • Take part in our 7-day Teaching Training Program, a hands‑on learning experience covering teaching techniques, public speaking, and classroom management— all designed to help you grow and shine as an educator.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging online math lessons using the Think Academy Teaching Platform.
  • Deliver effective instruction based on Think Academy’s curriculum and teaching guidelines.
  • Create a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment for up to 20 students, encouraging interaction and collaborative learning.
  • Regularly track and evaluate student performance, offering timely and personalized feedback to both students and their parents.
  • Review and grade assignments, providing additional academic support when necessary.
  • Take part in other teaching‑related tasks, such as administering diagnostic assessments for new students.

  • Must be graduating around the year 2026-2027.
  • English Proficiency: Strong command of English in all areas—reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Candidates must be able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, ensuring smooth interaction with students and colleagues.
  • Maths Proficiency: A minimum grade of B (or equivalent) in SPM Mathematics (or similar qualification) is required.
  • Passion for Education: Must have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and working with children, along with a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building meaningful relationships with students and parents.
