A leading global professional services firm in Kuching, Malaysia is seeking an Experienced Manager for their Strategy and Transaction team. You will lead project delivery, conduct financial analysis, and guide junior team members. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and professional qualifications like CPA or CFA. Our Strategy and Transaction (SAT) team works with clients to manage their capital agenda to drive competitive advantage and increased returns. As part of a global team of 10,000 professionals in 100 countries you will advise clients on preserving, optimizing, raising or investing capital. Major groups within SAT include Mergers and Acquisition Services, Valuation and Business Modelling, Project Finance, Restructuring Services, Operational Transaction Services and Transaction Support.
We are seeking to build on recent successes and continue to grow the origination and execution capacity of the team through the recruitment of a SAT professional at the Experienced Manager level.

Your key responsibilities
As a Manager, you will lead and manage a group of team members in delivering strategy and transactions assignments. You will take an active role in business development activities including involvement in the preparation of proposals and presentation to prospective clients.
