Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities for assigned category.
• Monitor and follow up on PO and delivery status.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory.
• Validate Invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate and manage importation operations.
• Provide rolling forecasts to suppliers.
• Manage Product Non-Conformance Claim process.
• Coordinate product non-conformance with partners.
• Manage supplier performance to minimize issues.
• Facilitate GLT quality audits.
• Update system master data for hygiene.
• Support packaging introductions and transitions.
• Support supplier relationship management.
• Lead supplier performance management.
• Communicate HSSE policies to suppliers.
• Act as response team member for crisis management.
• Liaise with Contractor’s Job Representative.
• Resolve daily operation issues related to purchases.
