The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain and possesses strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of supply chain operations are essential. Fluent in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of working experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain operations.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers.
• Request quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments for inventory management.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Track deliveries and resolve issues.
• Communicate with suppliers on lead times and pricing.
• Support purchasing reports and compliance.
