Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial relations and employment/labour matters.
• Familiar with Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in influencing and coaching managers on IR practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on human resources management issues and employment law.
• Handle inquiries related to disciplinary issues, grievances, and labour disputes.
• Conduct training programs for line managers on disciplinary procedures.
