Qualifications

  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
  • Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage performance management systems.
  • Handle employee relations matters such as conflict resolution.
  • Develop and update HR policies in accordance with employment laws.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Provide timely and accurate HR reports to management.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Employment Act 1955
Leadership abilities

Excellent communication skills
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia

Education
