Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan manpower requirements based on business growth.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle.
  • Draft and review HR policies to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Identify training needs and conduct onboarding.
  • Verify and submit payroll inputs.
  • Supervise junior HR team members.
  • Support HR digitization and engagement activities.
