• 5 years of experience in contract review and negotiation, ideally in both private and in-house legal work.
• Knowledge of practical contract management and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract review, negotiation, and execution independently.
• Act as primary contact for contract-related matters.
• Identify and translate contractual risks into actionable guidance.
• Maintain accurate contract records and trackers.
• Support periodic contract management training.
