Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, client servicing, or account management experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for marketing and lead generation is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong relationships with B2B clients.
  • Conduct presentations of recruitment and HR services.
  • Draft and negotiate business proposals and service agreements.
  • Develop AI-based marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Handle the full business development cycle, including lead generation and deal closure.
  • Maintain client pipelines in the CRM system and report on KPIs.
