Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, checking, sorting, and shelving stock
  • Create and manage product barcodes and labels; ensure accurate data entry
  • Operate barcode scanners for stock movement and inventory counting
  • Use inventory management systems (e.g., AutoCount) for stock in/out and adjustments
  • Conduct regular and annual stock takes and prepare inventory reports
  • Assist in retail duties: product display, customer service, cash handling, product explanation (Moutai)
  • Handle online order processing, packing, and delivery arrangement
  • Maintain warehouse and retail display area in a clean and organized manner
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail stock handling
  • Knowledge of barcode creation, printing, and stock label management
  • Hands‑on experience with barcode scanning devices and related tools
  • Familiar with inventory management software; experience with AutoCount is an advantage
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Email, etc.)
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and Malay; English is an added advantage
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to support retail operations and occasional overtime if required
