Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the boutique team to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences aligned with brand standards
• Drive sales performance, productivity, and KPI achievement while maintaining brand excellence
• Develop and nurture a strong clienteling culture, focusing on VIC and repeat clientele
• Recruit, coach, and retain top luxury retail talent; build a high-performing and motivated team
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, loss prevention, and compliance
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the brand’s values, heritage, and image at all times
