A prominent restaurant management company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Store Manager In Training to oversee operations and improve customer service. Candidates should have at least a Diploma, and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu are essential. Responsibilities include managing guest experience, training staff, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining areas. This role requires effective interpersonal skills and the ability to manage shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Meals and uniforms are provided.
Welcome guest and assist in seating guest.
Handle guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner food preparation.
Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and serving equipment.
Ensure station and table set-ups are complete.
Training new employees and providing ongoing educations for employees.
Managing overall outlet operation including sales, inventory, customer service, employee management and loss prevention.
Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holiday.
Requirement: At least Diploma and above
Basic written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Duty meal and uniform provided.
