Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our fashion store in Pavilion Bukit Jalil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, achieving sales goals, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the store represents our brand's image and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals for the store.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics (KPI) such as daily revenue, conversion rates, and average basket size.
  • Implement sales strategies and in-store promotions to drive revenue growth.

2. Store Operations Management

  • Manage all day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system accuracy.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained, conduct regular inventory counts, and manage replenishment to avoid overstock or stockouts.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

3. Customer Experience

  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience for every customer.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Lead by example to ensure the team provides personalized and engaging service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates.
  • Set clear goals, provide performance feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.

5. Brand Representation

  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting stores values and unique fashion style.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards to reflect the brands identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store events or campaigns.

6. Reporting & Communication

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the business owner or regional manager.
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to align goals and ensure smooth operations.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage store operations.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
