Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations related to e-commerce order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate order picking, packing, and preparation based on orders received from the sales team.
  • Ensure accuracy of items, quantities, labeling, and packaging according to SOP.
  • Monitor stock availability and update inventory records to support order fulfillment.
  • Lead and guide store staff to meet daily packing and dispatch targets.
