Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking an Executive to manage daily operations and ensure efficient delivery of shipments. You will oversee staff performance, handle cash on delivery, and work closely with customer service. The ideal candidate holds at least a diploma and has 2 years of experience in logistics. The role is full-time with a salary range of RM 2,500 to RM 2,700 per month.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered
• Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely.
• Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
• Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
• Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer request
• Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly
• Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel.
• Any other task instructed by superior

Other Responsibilities

• Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
• Take care of own and others' safety.
• Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
