Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, or Semiconductor Technology.
• Preferably >3 years experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Good understanding of machine mechanism capable of performing PM activities.

Responsibilities

• Support machine performance optimization using problem solving tools.
• Manage spare parts usage and budget control.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose difficult problems systematically.
• Monitor PM activities and analyze assembly process performance.
• Assist in improving control processes and updating relevant documents.
• Support new product ramp-up on manufacturing lines.

Overview

Lead Front Of Line (Die Attach) planned maintenance teams groups in Die Attach Assembly to execute equipment scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensively.

Responsibilities

• Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available.
• Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and work on cost reductions.
• Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach.
• Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes.
• Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents.
• Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line.

Your Profile

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
• Preferably >3 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
• Capable to trouble-shooting machine issues and drive for improvement.
• Good understanding of machine mechanism and capable to perform PM activities.
