Sr./Product Manager (Cross-border Payments / Wallet)

What you’ll do:
  • Define and execute product vision and roadmap for cross‑border payment/wallet services, with a focus on delivering a delightful and seamless customer experience.
  • Drive end‑to‑end product development including conceptualization, design, build, test and deployment by working with UI/UX, technology, operations and compliance teams.
  • Manage external partners in integrating to their solution platforms and set up proper operational/support processes as part of implementation.
  • Define and execute project plans, breaking down tasks, mapping dependencies and identifying the critical path to ensure high quality and on‑time product deliveries.
  • Set product pricing and manage end‑to‑end costs to ensure product profitability with a short and long‑term view.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to develop customer value propositions, marketing collaterals and training materials.
  • Review and ensure proper processes and controls are in place for risk mitigation and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Understand/define/track product metrics and collect user feedback to optimize user experience and performance.
  • Support post‑implementation tasks such as user training, problem investigation (e.g. payment rejections), post‑implementation review and escalation.
  • Act as internal product expert to answer product related questions.
