Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related working experience.

Responsibilities

Role
The Day-To-Day Activities
Job Responsibilities:

• Project Execution – Assist in project planning and coordination for system enhancements, new product launches, and process improvement initiatives.
• Testing – Conduct functional testing, UAT preparation, and test case execution to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Campaign & Program Planning Support – Provide pre-campaign forecasts and post-campaign performances to measure effectiveness and future improvements.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Prepaid daily flash report, weekly sales performance decks.
• Sales Support – Provide sales operations, system and administration support to internal and external team.

About You
Key Experience and Qualifications:

• SPM/Diploma/Degree
• At least 3 years of related working experience
• Proven experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and analysis independently.
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset for operational issue resolution
