Job description
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate hospital-wide cancer patient visits and procedures to ensure smooth service and patient care.
  • Provide accurate information, handle inquiries, and assist all cancer patients and their family members at AHN.
  • Provide patients and family members with correct information regarding treatment costs, insurance claims, and other relevant details.
  • Coordinate cancer patient visits with the patient and other departments to ensure patients are well informed of their procedures and the expected processes for outpatient visits and admission visits are carried out.
  • Meet and greet patients upon their arrival for admission and procedures.
  • Ensure patient education information on cancer care and services is updated and well-coordinated throughout the hospital.
  • Maintain a list of all cancer care and services patient education information used throughout the hospital.
  • Coordinate with relevant HODs to ensure these educational materials are updated regularly.
  • Collect and maintain cancer patient statistics and update a list of cancer patients undergoing various procedures and those admitted to the hospital to ensure appropriate follow-up and smooth rendering of patient care services.
  • Collect and maintain data and statistics and generate reports for appropriate authorities.
  • Assist in cancer marketing activities and patient support group activities.
  • Administer chemotherapy to patients in OPD clinics and in the patient ward.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as instructed by management.
