Job Summary

Responsible for processing fixed asset capitalisation and reconciliation. Primarily to ensure accuracy in asset movement recording.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• Assist in capitalization of projects and assets under construction (CWIP) and ensure timely transfer to fixed assets.
• Perform reconciliation between general ledger and fixed asset register to physical existence.
• Assist in projects related reconciliation between goods received, capitalisation and invoicing.
• Assist in the Company’s projects and corporate exercises, where applicable on matters involving matters related to fixed assets.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytics skill and attention to details
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Prior knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
