Let's talk about the team:

The primary role of Financial Shared Services function is to provide a daily operational and documentation support related to account payables/ receivables, invoice processing, payroll etc. Key deliverables include, but not limited to, processing various time and non-time related payments and employee expense management. Accurately computing and documenting all time and labor changes. Reviewing and posting receipts, reconciliations and journal entries.



Let’s talk about the role:

  • The primary objective of Accounts Payable specialization within Financial Shared Services Job Family is to manage full reporting related to e-Invoicing requirements for Resmed entities as assigned.

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all e-Invoicing reports in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support e-Invoicing processes and resolve any reporting issues.

  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in alignment with audit and compliance requirements.

  • Continuously monitor e-Invoicing regulatory updates and implement necessary changes to processes and reporting.

  • Secondary objective is to ensure all operational processes relating to invoice processing through to payment and employee expense management including Corporate Credit Cards are completed efficiently and within agreed SLA's and compliant with systems of internal control; may also include completion of monthly and quarterly reporting and ensuring audit recommendations are implemented.

  • Responsible for responding to internal and external enquiries.

  • Using, developing and implementing automated systems.

  • Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts. Typically requires a university degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Responsibilities might include:
    (1) Performing routine professional-based activities (early in career)
    (2) Contributing to and managing projects (mid-career)
    (3) Providing advice/direction in primary areas of expertise (specialist and expert)
    (4) Leveraging professional expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results (principal)relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results (principal)

  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships.

  • Occasionally leads the work of project teams and might formally train junior staff.
