Job description
Responsibilities
  • Team Management—Manage IT software team and members (8 in‑house staff as of 1st Nov. 2025), 3rd‑party software vendor control, handle annual budget, and plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
  • Project Management—Manage new system development projects, identify improvement opportunities for existing systems, plan improvement projects, plan system enhancement roadmap and conduct installations, report progress, risk, quality and cost, and act in alignment with user needs and system functionality.
  • System Installation and Support/Maintenance—Manage the team to address issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and preventative actions, set up and install systems and deliver necessary equipment to our carpark on time, coordinate 3rd‑party vendors for 3rd‑level support, handle IT audits, and ensure data, network access and backup system security.
  • IT Audit—Handle IT related audits, both internal and external, and ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
Pre‑requisites Requirement
  • Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven managerial experience or relevant role (minimum 3 years).
  • Experience in new IT software development and system support.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer software systems; knowledge of hardware is a plus.
  • Strong technical support skills and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge and experience in the carpark industry is a plus.
