What you’ll achieve

As a Software Engineer, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyses of existing systems.

You will

• Work with Customers and Project Managers on Technical Requirements discussions enabling Config Services to deliver the customer required Services on their purchased hardware.
• Skills in scripting and test diagnostics to integrate Configuration Services requirements in factory environments.
• Writing Work Instructions to enable Manufacturing Technicians and Operators to configure Client and Enterprise Systems, both for Hardware Integration and Imaging.
• Use Project Management Methodology to complete projects within agreed lead-times.
• Deliver Superior Customer Experience, view your own work in terms of how it impacts internal and external customer; have a strong understanding of customer needs and use customer feedback to improve processes/services.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Knowledge of Operating Systems Architecture, C++, Python Scripting, Perl or DOS batch scripts.
• Knowledge of Computer Architecture will be advantage.
• Must be able to work on own initiative & have strong communications skills.
• Must be able to work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
• Computer Engineering Degree with 0-3 year’s experience in a technical similar role.
