What You’ll Do:

Develop new features and modules for the ChemoLIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) product and provide support for existing installations.

Fix bugs found in our products and its related modules and components.

Provide Level 2 (on-site) and Level 3 (specialized) support to users.

Conduct on-site installation, testing and commissioning of projects, user training and signing of user acceptance tests.

Provide pre‑sales support by conducting product presentations and demonstrations to prospective users.

Provide post‑sales support by doing User Requirement Study and attending related meetings.

Requirements gathering from customer and documenting them into a Functional Specification Document for product development.

Assist to identify new applications targeted at the healthcare, medical, clinical, life sciences or research institution sectors.

Develop and document system design, user manual, product information, troubleshooting guides and its related documentation.

Provide support for both internal and external customers through telephone, online and on‑site and documenting all calls and solutions and its status.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Would Require:

A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience in software development, preferably full‑stack development experience.

Exposure of Back End development using: Java, PostgreSQL, Spring Boot and MyBATIS ORM.

Passion for technology and enthusiasm for innovation.
