We are seeking a skilled and dedicated backend Software Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing server-side logic, optimizing database structures, and ensuring the seamless integration of front-end elements. As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in architecting and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications mainly for our company's finance related in-house use.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic for web applications.
• Build scalable and efficient RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities.
• Database Management: Optimize database structures for maximum performance and reliability.
• Implement data storage solutions and integrate databases into web applications.
• Server Configuration: Configure and manage server environments to ensure optimal application performance.
• Collaborate with system administrators to deploy and maintain web applications.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security and financial compliance measures.
• Stay informed about security trends and implement best practices to protect web applications.
• Ability to work with a small team of developers including front-end developers, designers, and collaborating with product manager and other business stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate on the integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.
• Oversee and guide end-users throughout the entire system development life cycle to ensure seamless and effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Preferably 4 years of experience as a Backend Web Developer, with a portfolio of backend projects. Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL Server).
• Skills: Must possess strong skills in C# language and .NET MVC Framework.
