Job description

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end (full-cycle) system implementation activities.
• Conduct business process analysis to understand customer-specific requirements and align them with Etronix solution offerings.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure front-end and back-end solutions for manufacturing systems.
• Develop and maintain back-end APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end systems and third-party applications.
• Optimize database performance and ensure the secure storage and retrieval of sensitive manufacturing data.
• Implement real-time data collection and monitoring systems to support manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to meet evolving business needs.
• Coordinate custom developments to fulfill customer-specific requirements through configurations or customizations.
• Conduct training sessions and solution demonstrations tailored to customer-specific requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, reviews, and sign-off of key deliverables and milestones between the project team and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams, hardware engineers, software developers, and operations teams to streamline processes.
• Provide support for Etronix solutions by resolving or escalating issues reported by customers or detected through system monitoring alerts.
• Monitor and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, Angular, HTML, or Flutter. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Own transport and ability to travel domestically or internationally (when necessary).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

What we consider a plus (optional) :

• Experience working in manufacturing environments
• Experience in software design and development.
• Experience working with relational databases; PostgreSQL experience is a plus.
