Job description

The role involves hands-on development using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, and modern web frameworks such as ReactJS, React Native, Node.js, .NET, and Python, including AI and machine learning (ML) model training, workflow automation, and integration with RPA components.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance web and mobile applications using ReactJS, React Native, Java, .NET, or Node.js.
• Develop solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI).
• Train and fine-tune AI models using platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Gemini, LLaMA, or Qwen, and build or retrain ML models using Python or Azure Machine Learning for operational deployment within business workflows.
• Implement workflow automation and data integration across on-premise and cloud systems.
• Develop APIs and backend services to ensure performance and scalability.
• Support RPA development (e.g., Power Automate Desktop, UiPath) to automate user-interface interactions and bridge modern applications with legacy systems.
• Perform programming, testing, debugging, and documentation to maintain high-quality code.
• Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, solution architects, and other developers to deliver user-friendly and secure applications.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, ML, Data, and Cloud, and contribute ideas for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in application or full‑stack development.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of AI / ML workflows, workflow automation, and RPA tools.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, cloud concepts, and version control (e.g., Git).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, or similar AI / ML platforms.
• Experience with Python, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps for automation and ML pipeline integration.
• Understanding of DevOps / CI‑CD pipelines, MLOps, and application lifecycle management.
• Enthusiasm for AI, ML, Data, and Cloud technologies and willingness to learn.

Soft Skills
