  • Produce and create long‑form and short‑form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a focus on maximizing views and engagement.
  • Develop visually appealing multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations) that aligns with brand voice and platform‑specific requirements.
  • Write captions tailored for various digital platforms and audiences to complement video and visual content.
  • Brainstorm, ideate, and execute creative social media campaigns and content that resonate with the target audience.
  • Plan new creative content ideas weekly and maintain content calendars for consistent social media presence.
  • Collaborate with editorial and business development teams to align content with broader campaign objectives.
  • Support the growth of media channels by monitoring and analyzing social media performance (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), using insights to optimize content for reach and engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and monitor community engagement to maintain an active and responsive online presence.
  • Organize shooting schedules, manage workflows, and oversee content production from pre‑production to post‑production.
  • Self‑supervise projects to ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards, making necessary adjustments throughout the production process.

  • Strategize and implement ways to grow the brand on social media, using data‑driven insights to refine content and community engagement tactics.
