We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Executive to lead our brand's presence on Xiao Hong Shu (Red note). You won't just be posting content; you will be the voice of our brand, creating "scroll‑stopping" visuals, managing KOCs, and driving engagement.
Content Strategy & Creation: Plan and execute the monthly content calendar for Xiao Hong Shu, ensuring a mix of educational, lifestyle, and product‑focused posts.
Video Production: Handle end‑to‑end creation of short‑form videos. This includes scriptwriting, shooting, and editing using apps like CapCut (剪映).
Copywriting: Write authentic, engaging captions in Mandarin that fit the "XHS style" (using correct keywords, emojis, and tone).
KOC Management: Source and manage suitable KOCs/creators, handle product seeding, and ensure their content aligns with our campaign goals.
Community Engagement: Actively reply to comments and DMs to build fan stickiness and increase account activity score.
Data Analysis: Monitor post performance (views, likes, saves) and adjust strategies to improve future content.
Design: Create aesthetic cover photos and visuals using Canva or similar tools.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related fields. Candidates without formal certification but with a strong portfolio/viral case studies are encouraged to apply.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in content creation, specifically on Xiao Hong Shu.
Language: Excellent command of Mandarin (Written & Spoken) is mandatory. Good proficiency in English; Bahasa Melayu is a plus.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in CapCut (剪映) and Canva. Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney) for efficiency is an advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong aesthetic sense, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Multi‑Platform Proficiency: Experience managing other platforms such as TikTok, Instagram (Reels), or Facebook is a huge plus.
Experience in the Healthcare industry will be an advanced advantage.
