What you will do:

  1. Focus on the acquisition of new business in growing the SME/commercial lending portfolio with the objective to meet personal targets and department targets.
  2. Enhance the profitability of existing customer portfolio through a variety of products offered.
  3. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the drawdown of facilities, maximize process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  4. Provide updates on customer level information to relevant parties in the organization.
  5. Identify new opportunities on latest industry trends to increase revenue growth of the company.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Min 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, especially in SME/commercial.
  2. Knowledgeable in sales for SME banking/trade finance products/commercial.
  3. Possesses basic business acumen and familiar with SME client financing needs, issues, trends, and policies in the country.
  4. Knowledge and understanding of financial analysis and risk management.
  5. Strong initiative and positive attitude.
  6. Able to work independently with a high degree of commitment and integrity.
  7. Analytical and able to think strategically.
  8. Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  9. Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia as well as Mandarin to cater for our Chinese market.
  10. Must possess own transport as this job requires a lot of traveling.
