In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating daily site activities to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and according to project specifications. What you'll be doing

• Follow instructions from the Project Manager.
• Manage and monitor site equipment, materials and workforce for daily operations.
• Prepare and complete daily site reports.
• Assist Project Manager in overseeing overall site activities.
• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, and organize staff schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Check that work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Manage the ordering and delivery of construction materials.
• Report project progress to project manager and senior management.
• Participate in site coordination and management meetings.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in site supervision, construction or related field is a plus.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, equipment, building regulations and safety regulations.
• Ability to organize and coordinate site activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specifications.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and basic project management software.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate teams.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel to various sites.
