As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects for S.H. BUTTERWORTH ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. This full-time position is based in Batu Kawan, Penang, and will involve managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving project success.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage and motivate project teams, delegating tasks and monitoring progress
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and site policies
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Participate in the planning and scheduling of construction activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project
