Job summary

A leading safety solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a certified Safety Officer to assist in managing the QESH management system. The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, a DOSH certification, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge and experience in environmental, safety and health practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Safety Officer in managing the QESH management system.
• Implement all policies, activities, and procedures for the QESH management.
• Oversee the prevention of work-related injuries and ill health.
• Ensure compliance with client and legal requirements.
• Promote ESH awareness and conduct inductions.

Skills

Knowledge in environmental and OSH statutory and regulatory requirements

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Education

Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Science or other related discipline
